Surveyor

A feature rich application for collection and management of call center/crisis line information. The online agent uses this product to collect information from the caller and provides access to the referral database. Surveyor features "SmartQuestion"; this allows each survey to become more call specific as the agent collects information from the caller. It is available with windows and/or web based clients. Surveyor also features a referral database which is easily searchable. This is done through the creation of classifications and user-defined data fields to collect information which is not standard.
